Do you have good knowledge, skill and experience in building and electrical maintenance work? If so, would you want to offer such skill and experience to work in COS as a full time Church Maintenance Staff? Come, join us, COS needs you!

Applicants should have a good knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and building maintenance, particularly hands-on experience in electrical maintenance. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on the electrical, mechanical, lighting, and other systems on the church building premises.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the church building premises & facilities.
  • Working with vendors relating to facilities operation & maintenance matters.
  • Other church building operations & facilities maintenance tasks.

Applicants should have a minimum qualification of an ITE or Polytechnic Diploma. Singapore/PRs preferred. Please email your resume to justinsng@cos.org.sg.

Applicants should have a good working knowledge of accounting and familiarity with finance department processes. Past work experience with charities or familiarity with Charity Accounting Standards would be advantageous. Responsibilities, as part of a team, include:

  1. Producing full sets of accounts.
  2. Preparing monthly, semi-annual and ad-hoc financial reports, budgets, and analyses.
  3. Reviewing and processing financial transactions, such as payments, purchase requests, expense claims, offerings/donations, payroll etc.
  4. Liaising with external and internal auditors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a minimum qualification of a Polytechnic Diploma, University Degree or Professional Accreditation (e.g. ACCA). Singapore/PRs preferred.
