Come, join us, COS needs you!<\/p>\n<p>Applicants should have a good knowledge in Mechanical &amp; Electrical (M&amp;E) and building maintenance, particularly hands-on experience in electrical maintenance. Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on the electrical, mechanical, lighting, and other systems on the church building premises.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the smooth operation of the church building premises &amp; facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Working with vendors relating to facilities operation &amp; maintenance matters.<\/li>\n<li>Other church building operations &amp; facilities maintenance tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants should have a minimum qualification of an ITE or Polytechnic Diploma.
